The Visala Boutique suite has the similar high season and peak season pattern. these season influence the occupancy. But exclude the seasons hotel mostly have flexibility to prepare the room in advance. So guest can do early check in. Or they will allow late check out for certain hour depend on hotel policy.

Usually during waiting time before check in. Hotel offer welcome drink and credit voucher to be used on their hotel facilities such as food and beverage discount voucher, discount activities, discount membership hotel and etc. Or hotel concierge give tips of attraction near the hotel so the housekeeping hotel can buy the time while preparing the room and it’s amenities.
